I came in to the Hooters restaurant and ask for the hiring manager. I asked the hiring manager and asked him if he has any job openings for hostess. He said yes and I filled out the application right there. He told me not to leave without speaking to him. He asked me easy questions and offered me a position.
It was a easy interview they are concerned with how family and friends would handle u working there and why you want to work there also i was asked why do people come there my reply was the chickens great. Manager bust out laughing i got the job
Asked questions about my interests, why I wanted to work there and what skills I possessed to work there. Was a friendly and relatively simple process. It was in person.
I applied online and they called me to confirm an in person interview the next day. They were flexible on interview time and very welcoming. I wore business casual with full face of makeup. Look girly and feminine
