Four Steps:
1. Office interview with a recruiter
2. You get an assignment requiring you to essential take 10 people through the sales process
3. You get assessed on your assignment, and are asked to prospect
4. Interview with managing partner
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Hoopis Group (Chicago, IL) in Apr 2017
Interview
There were 4-5 rounds of interviews, each a week or two apart. Hoopis is a very transparent company. During the first interview, they completely map out the entire company as well as the entire interview process. I made it to what I believe was the 3rd round of interviews where they required a field test to gain 10 prospective clients (friends and family). That is the stage where I accepted another job as I was applying to other jobs senior year of college with less tedious interview processes. I do remember the last stage of interviewing is meeting the CEO.
