It was a 3-step interview process with each one evaluating a different aspects for the job. On the first one, it was more to see if I was a good cultural fit with Hook's culture, and also to confirm my English level. Then, we continued with a more technical interview with a lot of questions about various SEO topics. This step was the most difficult as I felt I was being evaluated both by my knowledge and cultural fit, as it happened with the directors of the HH and SEO areas. The final step was an interview with the whole team to get to know each other and confirm if I was a good team member. In short, it was like going through 3 different filters, eachc with with its own difficulties.
