There is a 3 step process, first is a one way video interview where you answer questions. Secondly, a recruiter is supposed to call me for additional questions. Lastly, you have an interview with the hiring manager.

The first was a one-way interview; you can do re-takes on recordings. I did not get past that. It felt like they needed videos. There were some weird interview questions, too.

Interview
It was decent at first, but they asked you to send videos and go through hoops which i found strange. After the process they decide to not give me a chance. I have a few certifications and good amount of years in. I think its a scam to get videos and waste time.
