Very quick, but I had past experience. Meet with an HR person to review benefits and an assembly line supervisor. There are a lot of documents to review but overall quick interview.

Interview
Physical interview was good. They test your strength and endurance. You had to show you're strong enough to do some lifting. You also needed to do an over the phone interview. The people giving you the tests are really nice. Not intimidating at all.
