Interview
I was an intern and knew the basic background of the company, and management style. Management is satisfied with my performance. Foxconn has a very special culture different than American company. Everything changes very fast and may be required to deliver result immediately. Sometimes, decisions are made without carefully thought by management, yet they adjust their direction so quick that they may compensate the errors while moving on.
