Homesteaders Life .NET Developer interview questions

I applied through TEKSystems, the recruiter put my name in. Then, I took a C#/SQL IKM assessment. After that, I had a phone interview about 2 weeks later with the Application Development Director. We talked about my past experiences and what I was looking for in a job. The next day, a TEKSystems ambassador called me and told me the Application Development Director told him I was overqualified and my interview was nothing more than a luxury sales pitch.
