Homeland Security Solutions interview questions

Very easy going, comfortable environment. Becomes a conversation if they like you. Interview done by Site Supervisor and a Lead Physical Security Specialist. Clearance process after acceptance takes a long time.

The interview was the lead instructor and two random instructors who have no interview experience or reason to be there other than to help fill out the room. Questions were basic ("so you have been an instructor in the military? ") with no follow through, followed by a brief description of what they do here ("we run every other day and teach a 50/10 schedule"). No information on career advancement or salary at the interview even though they knew the answer - no promotions, no raises. $26.13/hr, forever.
