The process was quite long and included the following steps: online tests, competency questions, assessment centre and face-to-face interview. The interview itself was the most pleasant part in my opinion as it merely required recounting something that actually happened only ensuring the account matched the desired positive indicators.

I had to complete situational judgement and behavioural tests before I was shortlisted and invited to attend an assessment day. Here, I had to complete a written exam after which, I then had an interview where I was asked to explain a time I had delivered at pace.
