A panel, a requirements gathering exercise, questions around experience. Didn't seem to be competence based as much as I thought. The interview took place in January 2016, its now June 2016, and still I haven't heard anything regarding a decision or feedback. Not good.

The interview process was exceptionally smooth, and the interviewer was extremely nice and professional. Their friendly demeanour and thoughtful questions made the entire experience pleasant and stress-free, boosting my confidence.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Home Office (London, England) in May 2018
Interview
Very badly organised, took too long to receive any outcome. Interview itself consisted of a presentation regarding a previous project experience followed by competency and personality questions. I found the interviewers very negative and disengaged in their approach.
