I waited 15 minutes past my appointment time before calling and leaving a voicemail with the interviewer. I got a call 30 minutes later asking me to come back. They then forced me to eat a cookie and stared awkwardly at me while I ate it. Just overall a bizarre, unprofessional scenario.
