A recruiter contacted me for the position. I had the first interview with the CMO, which was nice, very clear, and explained the position, the team, and the company. He looked very interested in my skills and experience. At the end of the interview, he asked for an assessment for the week after. I had many troubles running the assessment, my slow laptop didn't support the 60.000 rows file, nor the Tableau software. Anyway, I had to work from my husband's laptop during the night, when he wasn't working on it. I was very motivated for the position and didn't measure effort to get it done, well done. After sending him the assessment, I didn't get any answer, zero, nada, rien! Then 2 days after I found out he left for holiday without saying a word about the work I made. I would have loved to hear why my project didn't pass so that I could improve and learn. It was an extremely disappointing experience.
