The process began with 7 extensive strategic questions sent via email, requiring detailed research and analysis specific to Holzkern's business — essentially a full consulting deliverable covering growth strategy, I was invited to a 30-45 minute video interview. The interview itself felt like an interrogation rather than a conversation. The CEO left the call partway through and returned, very disrespectful. I later discovered through other Glassdoor reviews that multiple candidates have had similar experiences, with one noting they saw their strategies being implemented after not receiving an offer. This appears to be a pattern of extracting free consulting from candidates under the guise of an interview process.
