Interview
They have multiple rounds of people asking the same behavioral questions over and over and over again, and they drag out giving you any feedback for weeks between interviews. I emailed HR twice asking for a follow up and received zero communication. Extremely unprofessional and they have ZERO respect for the time of the "prospective employees" they interview.

For every SINGLE interview
Quick & efficient. The interview was conducted through an external recruitment agency. After a phone screening and short interview with the recruitment agency, they arranged an interview with Holman. I expected to go through multiple rounds, but after just a single round with the manager and director I was offered the position.

Interview
Phone interview with recruiting organization, followed by video interview with recruiting organization, followed by video interview with Holman. Recruiters were professional but lacked some information about the role. Interview with Holman was largely behavioral bud did also request a work sample.
