I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Holiday by Atria (Sandy, UT) in Nov 2016
Interview
I was scouted by regional manager. First interview with regional manger at a community (no longer managed by holiday). Also questions regarding handling change with seniors and families. Offer a position at one community , then after they lost the management contract the offer was changed to an other community.

The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Holiday by Atria
Interview
Original interview went great. Second interview missed by company person as I waited and wasted my time. Next scheduled interview went well again. Next scheduled interview missed AGAIN by company person as I AGAIN waited and wasted my time. I should have learned then that this was not a company who cared about people. Next scheduled interview went well. Then I was ghosted. Completely unprofessional. So glad God said no to this one!!!
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Holiday by Atria (Missoula, MT) in Sep 2020
Interview
The Recruiter found me on Indeed and set up an interview for later in the week. She was very professional and extremely nice. The Director of Operations interviewed my the next day. She asked me informative and professional questions.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Holiday by Atria (Lakewood, CO) in Dec 2018
Interview
Applied online, received call for a phone interview which lasted about 20 minutes and was pretty standard, then face-to-face interview with Regional and another face-to-face with property managers to see if it was a good fit. There was a four week time frame between regional interview and manager interviews at the property. I then received a call on when could I start and was told I would be contacted by Monday (it was Thursday) and never heard back again. I tried calling and emailing the recruiter but no answer. Eventually I had to remove myself from the process due to how long there was between communications and I have a family that I have to support. It really is unfortunate because I was excited about the opportunity but I just could not wait any longer.
