Mgr didn't ask a lot of questions.I was referred by a residents daughter.It was more like this is what you would be doing if you take job.She already knew background in housekeeping. I was working for a cleaning company.

Interview
Was recommended by a friend, went in and filled out an application and had a 1:1 interview the same day with manager. Then had to pass personality test was called the next day and informed I would start that Monday. They performed a background check within the first week of employment.
