Had an initial interview at IATDG conference in Atlanta. Was contacted by em ail two months later and underwent two video interviews Second phone interview was a panel of 4 people

Asked about my travel experience. Asked how I would handle a hotel canceling the block of reservations for my passengers as well as the passenger who refuses to rotate seats on the tour coach.
