It varies you could be interview in group of 2 or individually. But they try to get to know you genuinely by having an organic conversation with you. They were super pleasant and MOST OF ALL H.U.M.A.N.

Applied online. Received call from Human Resources weeks later for a preliminary interview. Shortly after that a one on one interview with the operations manager for hotel was organised that ran for about 40 minutes which went well. Then received a call from said manager couple days later with job offer.

Quick and easy interview. Asked a few questions about experience. If they need you to work immediately, they will put you on the schedule right after the interview. Very easy going as it is a high turnover rate at this hotel.
