Interview
I was asked to wait in the lobby for 20 minutes before the interviewers were informed I was there.
Then the interview was difficult as the interviewers couldn’t speak English well
Interview goes through District manager and then the hotel owner. It was fairly easy. Talks about what is on resume. Having operations and customer service related experience is a plus.
I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Holiday Inn Express (Columbus, OH)
Interview
It was an open interview situation where there were several applicants present. It was 17 years ago so I really don't remember everything about the interview itself other than the management company conducted the interviews.
