you have to fill in a application form filled with a list of self assessment questions, and when you arrived at the office, the interviewer would go through a normal question but suddenly switched to a question such as "rate yourself on smartness, tidyness etc."

Interview
Firstly do a CAD test (20 min) then talk to the big boss. Asked about my academic background and advantages. A very quick scan of my portfolio. Then his sectary chatted with me for a while. At last, I asked them a few questions about their company.
