Interview
In general, 1 round of phone screening and 1 round of manager interview. The phone screening is about 5mins chatting with HR. Then, manager interview will be asked domain related questions.
First, will be phone interview, followed by a interview in person, afterwards is making offers, whole process is short and efficient, very fast response time comparing to other companies within the same or engineering industry
