Overall Impression: It was disappointing to go through a multi-stage process without any technical evaluation and then be met with complete silence. Respecting candidates’ time and offering timely feedback should be a minimum standard. Advice to the Company: If you're hiring for technical roles, ask technical questions. And more importantly, communicate clearly — ghosting candidates after interviews is unprofessional and reflects poorly on your employer brand.
