Interview
Very long, involves a lot of Japanese people. the process can run upto 3 months sometimes as decision of final selection comes from Japan which delays the process sometimes. Japanese are very considerate of punctuality and presentation so it is advised to be on time and well dressed and well prepared for the interview.
