I was contacted directly by the hiring manager (since the company doesn’t appear to have an HR team) after being referred for the Sr. Clinical Data Scientist position. We had an initial conversation, and then she scheduled a series of one-on-one interviews with six team members.
The interviews themselves went well, and everyone I met with seemed knowledgeable. However, after the final round, I never received any follow-up or update on my application status — despite sending a few polite emails over several weeks.
As someone with a busy schedule who dedicated significant time preparing for and attending multiple interviews, I found the lack of communication and professionalism very disappointing. The process felt disorganized, and overall, it reflected poorly on how the company manages its hiring.
In hindsight, I’m glad I didn’t move forward — it didn’t seem like a well-structured or supportive environment.
