I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Hispanic Communications Network
Interview
Applied via LinkedIn from an external recruitment company that was WONDERFUL. The internal team at HCN however was not as organized and streamlined. Last minute candidate tasks coming in on late Friday with little context or direction. The company has been burned by previous hires and that hesitation, uncertainty raised a few flags for me. The recruiting company is amazing and vets the candidates thoroughly - they should trust their expertise and processes to keep top tier talent engaged throughout the process.
From my viewpoint HCN seems to growing rapidly and experiencing the disorganization that comes with it.

I applied online. I interviewed at Hispanic Communications Network (Washington, DC) in Jan 2021
Interview
Had and initial 45 minute interview where I was told about the organization and the position, followed by some questions regarding my experience. After that, I was sent an exercise to complete and send within a day; this exercise took roughly 3 hours to complete. Finally, I had a second 45-minute interview with senior project manager, where I talked some more about my experience and was asked about how I would respond in certain situations.
After this, I never heard back from the company ever again.

In this organization we are very fast paced and have a lot going on with a small team to take care of it, so we often have to work on weekends or holidays, is that something you would be ok with?
