I was contacted on LinkedIn for an HR Business Partner role for one of their clients. I responded timely and provided the requested information to schedule a phone screen. After the phone screen I was sent a full job description and additional information and was asked if I would like to move forward in the process. I confirmed my interest in writing and haven’t heard from them since. I followed up about a week later asking for an update and haven’t received a response. At this point it has been over three weeks without communication. Thankfully I was interviewing with an amazing company at the same time that saw my worth and moved quickly while I was waiting to hear from Hirewell. I accepted a much better offer. A great candidate experience is crucial and they dropped the ball.
