Had an interview which lasted for 1/2 hour Max.. Just they ask more about yourself and what kind of person you are and more about personal things. Knowledge in the field of sales.. strategies that you will be using to achieve target roles.

Three stage process with 1. Telephonic call then manager will take at last department head will take your interview.
It basically to know you can do the work or not and your past experience in sales will be an advantage.
