The hiring process is three interviews. They will not ask you the typical interview questions. The first interview will be a phone interview with the HR person. She will ask you what you currently make, what you would like to make, and what you don't like about your current job and why you are looking for a change. Then you will interview with your future manager, they will tell you about the culture of hirease, and ask you a bunch of questions that aren't your typical interview questions. Then you will interview with the VP of Operations.
