Interview
3-4 rounds of interview: Intro, Manager, Peer and Final interview. No very detailed. Peer interview is almost non-sensical. They all prepare questions using AI but answers they do not know of. But they ghost you after 1-2 rounds and do not respond. They only repost the job and collect data.

Interview
It was a lot like taking a road test for your license at the DMV. Everyone was nice, too. But I didn't know it was going to be a taxi job basically. I thought it was just going to be a monitoring job for an autonomous vehicle driving solo all the time to work the kinks out.
It would have been nice to have gotten some feedback as to why I wasn't selected. For all I know maybe it was youth or looks or charisma since it is a ride hailing service and I personally thought my driving was pretty on target.

Interview
I had a take home test, and then an interview. In the final interview we just went over different scenarios at work. I think learning the STAR method would benefit someone greatly if they were interviewing for this company. I will say I thought I didn't get the job because I didn't hear anything for months, then I got a call that they wanted me to start in a week.
