Interview
The interview process for software engineers is usually 3 steps and can be completed in 2 weeks or less if your schedule permits.
It is a structured, multi-step process, however, each interview is straightforward and practical. There are no trick questions and no deep, esoteric technical questions that are not relevant to the day-to-day work as a software engineer here.

The technical interview questions were geared around having a good, practical understanding of web and mobile application development across the full technology stack.

Interview
The interview for me was a three part process, first was just a get to know you with my manager Nate, followed on a future day by a career interview and a technical interview. The career interview was a review of past jobs and what I learned in them. The technical interview was about an hour/hour and a half on all topics of the stack. All three interviews were one on one interviews.

It was basic questions on all parts full stack. They tell you to not study and that if you don't know an answer, it is fine. They take the time to explain any answers you might not know.

Interview
I applied through linkedIn and had a first interview with the HR in which they described a lot about their strategies .
Afterwards, I had a meeting with the hiring manager which was more of a technical talk about the technologies I have used and the projects I have worked on ; followed by another in-depth technical interview.
Overall the interviewing process is really unique and very thorough. There are no unnecessary gotcha questions and the people are very understanding to how difficult the interviewing process can be on the mental aspect.
