Hi! Very sorry about your bad experience. My understanding is that this is not how this was communicated during the interview process, and that you are summarizing what was communicated about your qualifications for the role - just want to note that for anyone reading this, as we always make an effort to communicate respectfully and transparently. Still, if you were made to feel this way, it is on us to improve our process, and how we speak with folks that we interview. Even if it is not a fit, we still want everyone to feel like the process was fair and enjoyable, and I think we could have done better here.
