Interview
interview was group, then task, then presentation. I breezed it, because I'm a top bloke. Task was stick on an island so rank items 1-15 in order of importance - who'd have guessed the mirror aye - I went magic beans and an ore for paddling/digging/shade/weapon

Interview
Got through to the assessment day but no further. The whole thing was very stiff. We each had to give an elevator pitch about ourselves, then speak to a partner and get information about them to then deliver why they would be appropriate for the role. Then a group activity on how we would survive in the ocean after a boat fire. Then a finally a one to one interview. The two guys running the assessment just seemed very uninterested, as if everyone there was wasting their time and they just wanted to get it over and done with.

Interview
Went to assessment day in London offices, which comprised a number of tasks. First was a brief introduction on yourself. Then you questioned your partner before explaining to group why they would be perfect for their job. Then it was a group exercise. Following the group exercise some people went home and the rest of the group had to present themselves for 3 minutes and explain why they would be perfect for their job, before fielding questions.
Quite a laid back feeling to the day, which was nice.
