Interview
The process begins with an online application, which is then followed by a competency based test. The final stage is an interview with HR to assess suitability and alignment with the role.
The interview was pretty straightforward and easy. The interviewer was very friendly and made the environment comfortable so I felt at ease! There was around 10 questions based on my motivations for applying.
