I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Hibu (Los Angeles, CA) in Oct 2013
Interview
Interviewing process was pretty straight forward.Phone interview is the initial step. After being selected, it took several weeks to finally meet in person because of scheduling. Once schedules lined up, I met with my immediate manager first for about a hour, then met with her Manager the same day. Offer was almost instantaneous after the meeting.
