Very detailed questions about my projects. I spent 3 hours in a row to finish 3 rounds of interviews, but eventually I was told they have freezed hc. Feel like being deceived.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at HiSilicon (Shanghai, Shanghai) in Nov 2017
Interview
It took about 3 hrs(9:00 am to 12:00 am) and with 3 interviews: one staff engineer and department manager and HR. It involved some IC design-related skills review and also some questions about the latest job.
