A thirty minute informal phone call. The interviewer seemed unprepared and not used to conducting interviews. The complete opposite of my first interviewer where the recruitment specialist was excited and engaging.

The only question I got outside of tell me about yourself was “is the location commutable for you”
Thank you for the feedback. Obviously, we are disappointed that your experience wasn’t to the standard we usually achieve. We will incorporate this into reviewing our screening and selection to ensure the process is improved.
