Interview
The lead engineer was rude, asking questions that were not in the job description. The other interviewer was cool, asking questions as expected. It was a terrible interview with an unprofessional engineer conducting it poorly.
Please advise your engineers not to be rude during interviews and to avoid asking questions that are not in the job description or trying to talk down to candidates. I am very disappointed in this company. I thought they were good at conducting interviews.

Interview
Three interviews, the process took almost one month. First approach from a recruiter and after two technical interviews. In both interviews sw architects were the main interviewers. Nice polite people we had pleasant conversations. The interviews were more theoretical rather coding/technical.

Question 1
General architecture questions based on their systems, not something very specific. Mainly focus how I am willing to learn new programming language and MS stack because they are using full Windows technologies instead of Unix. Very strange mix of C#, Terraform and Docker win containers plus some others.
