I applied for a position online and received an email from HR two weeks later. Up to this point, everything seemed normal. The HR representative asked me some general interview questions to determine if my experience aligned with the job requirements. I was confident that I possessed all the necessary skills for the role.
After the initial phone interview, which took place three days later, I received a follow-up email from HR asking me to schedule a time with the hiring manager. I promptly shared my availability. However, what happened next was quite surprising: I was ghosted and never received any further feedback. Despite sending follow-up emails to HR twice, I still received no response even after more than a month had passed.
I don't wish to judge anyone, but I want to share this interview experience with others who have applied or are considering applying for a position with this company.
