I applied online for the Cabin Crew position with Heston Airlines and I was invited to join the open day in Vilnius. There were two recruitments which were friendly and about 30 candidates. Open day started immediately with an English language test which had 30 questions at the advanced c2/c1 level and was taken online on your phone. I was so close but i didn’t pass test. There were other candidates who had a previous great experience with other airlines but didnt pass the test. When i finished i kindly asked the recruiter if i could have a review just to see where i went wrong. She asked for my email, but I never received the results. These who pass test will go to a company presentation and a one-on-one interview. That test definitely should be done online I traveled a long way just to not pass English test. My advice for candidates - if you come from other countries, consider applying, if you are unsure of your English level.
