if you have a pulse and speak english....guess what? you got a job with them they basically hire ANYONE....criminal record no problem.....big thing is you need a car because you have to move product and equipment like an animal after you work 10 hours. and you have to travel with 0 reimbursement until you hit 80 miles daily then you get 30 cents a mile
