Standard interview process and procedures. First stage involved having to do a technical test, and second and third stages involved the relevant superiors and Partners who you will be reporting to.
Quite rigorous. Had to pass an IT skills test too , and there were several rounds of interviews. Overall the interview proces was smooth. The HR personnel were nice and welcoming. There was a training process which made starting there easier.

CV and Resume on application. Got called for an interview. There was a two round interview process. First with HR. Then with Partner. Asked a series of questions. Received a call within 30 mins of interview.
