First interview with direct manager/head of department was great.
Second interview with HR left a bad taste. HR person (director i think) gave an air of arrogance and inflexibility. The HR manager was good nevertheless.
Straight forward, with 2 levels of interview. HR as a business partner was also sitting in the interview. Mainly they want to evaluate the candidate as a person and experience.
