Very lengthy interview process. First interview was 3 hours with 3 people. 2nd interview was again 3 hours with 3 people. In the beginning HR was very responsive with emails and phone calls. After the second interview, I was GHOSTED. No return emails, no phone calls....nothing. The entire process was very unorganized. Interviewers running into the conference room because they were "unaware" they had to interview today or calling in from home. Nothing is more unsettling than sitting in a conference room at a company you potentially want to work for and having to conduct an interview over the phone. Every person I interviewed with asked me the SAME questions. Very disorganized company with too many people involved in the process.

Multiple layers of interviews (five layers). Efficient and timely scheduling of the interviews. Interviewers were fully engaged and emphasized more on the human interaction side rather than technical. Consistent vibes from different interviewers provided a positive impression on the workplace culture

Was contacted by Consultancy :SieBrains (Venkatesh P) for the role of Product Manager for Bangalore MG road office.
1st 3 round of interview were done on same day 12-08-2015
Round -1 : Interview with Senior Manager of Herbalife.com Ruben Sotelo. It went on for 45 Mins Asked questions around experience in E commerce and then some situation based question e.g. Have you ever encountered a scenario where one of the BA's was not performing up to the expectation. How did you deal with it. Product Management process in current organisation etc.
ROund -2: WIth the Development director Jyoti . The questions were more on the ability to handel team and manage the delivery etc.
Round-3: HR round with Satish general questions on work and education background no discussion on salary or expected CTC
Post this was informed that would hear back from Consultant. On the same evening got a call from Venkatesh P that I would have another round of interview on Skype with the product manager in US.
Round 4: Interviewed by Phillip next day. Questions based on existing role and the challenges faced i the role. It was easy not much grilling.
Post interview was informed by Philip that I will hear back on the result in one day's time . This happened on 13-08-2015. After that I contacted the consultancy to hear lame excuses that company is taking approvals etc and would inform the final result by end of the week.
Its been more than 1 month and still there is no formal information from HERBALIFE or the consultancy.
What is most annoying is that neither the company HERBALIFE nor the consultancy has the decency to formally inform the candidates who appeared for the interview about the result.
They should respect the fact that the candidates took the pain and time to come and attend the interview.
Highly disappointed by their attitude.
