Herald-Tribune Media Group interview questions

Phone interview, then I was invited to meet with the manager. She asked me questions about my last jobs, experiences, etc. Came back to meet and interview with sales reps and another managers, that was very confusing and no real questions about my experience or what do I bring to the table were asked. Met the VP of sales and she was just a joke. No serious and heard her gossiping outside the door of the office I was in. After the interviews, I came back to a role play presentation in front of 4 managers. That went well.
