Phone call initiated by the Technical Director - explained the responsibilties of the position Onsite interview - 6 1 on 1 Interviews - 5 technical and 1 HR - Technical interviews seemed to me like we had a nice conversation about my research and the application of my research experience to their current projects. - The conversations ranged from my expectations from the job to picking up a pen and drawing a few chemical structures. - HR explained the benefits and asked me a few questions : Immigration, salary, my thoughts on the company etc.
