Overall, they were nice and asked mostly routine questions. There were three people on the panel. The first was the head of the adhesives division, the second was a technical employee, and the third was from HR. They asked me to prepare a PowerPoint presentation and explain my research in 15 minutes. They initially started with questions about my own research and then moved on to technical and behavioral questions. The whole interview took 1 hour.
