I was head-hunted via LinkedIn by an IT Recruiter partner agency of HG and in my opinion my process was too long but also really honest. Long because I have been interviewed by the whole leadership chain into the company, even knowing that only of them would be direct manager to report in case hired. But the entire process was really honest and transparent, I didn't have any information or kind of sensitive details hidden from all of them which also makes me happy and totally clear about the challenges I would be facing from there on.
