The interview Process is really laid back. What will likely be an admin or someone from internal recruiting will call you on the Phone and want to talk to you about what kind of a person you are, where you're at now, what's motivating you to make a move, your hobbies, your life, and generally what makes you tick and what you're really looking for out of a career. Don't be afraid of this interview, it's so easy, the internal recruiting people are so personable and nice, and they really just want to know about you more than about your experience (that's all on your resume they already have). After that, if they like you, they'll ask you to schedule and come in for an in-person interview. Some people only have one of these, some people have two. Don't be concerned if you only have one or you're one of the people that have two, the higher ups in Kansas really like to be involved in the interview process and they may or may not get you over skype with them from the office to Kansas the first time. The interview is laid back, but more technical at this stage. They try to get a feel for where you're at technically and where you can fit into the current team, and what kinds of things you've worked on in the past. After this in person stage, you'll get a call fro the VP and he will discuss an offer/benefits/all that stuff then. All in all, the interview process is really non-stressful.
