Interviewed as a contractor, was a quick and simple process. They did more of a behavorial type interview and asked the typical questions. I was interviewed by a small panel consisting of HR, hiring manager, and team member.

2 Stage Interview Process:
First interview with hiring manager, Confirm competencies and knowledge.
Second interview with hiring manager, department head and HR. Answer questions, give a presentation on a set topic to the interview panel often showing understanding of the role or how to approach a certain scenarion.
