The company is practicing an Agile approach to software development and puts a lot of attention to a person's ability to work collaboratively. Had an interview with 6 team members all asking various questions from easy ones, down to pretty technical ones.

They asked many questions about best practices of working with ERP system they are using
The interviews were with several of the key team members and an outside hiring service. 3-4 were with the team, then 1 was a technical interview. Met with the team I would have been working with day to day, then one final one with the head of the tech teams.

Phone call with president- asks about your background, experience and interests. Proceeds to give a very detailed explanation of the services the company provides.
